Today's Mantra
I ship my work into the world and improve it through real feedback.
Reflection Question
What project or idea have you been endlessly refining instead of releasing? What are you really afraid will happen if you ship it before it feels perfect?
Application Tip
Identify one stalled project this week. Set a firm deadline 48 hours from now to ship a minimum viable version: the smallest iteration that delivers core value even if rough around the edges. Strip away every feature, polish, or refinement that isn't essential to the basic function. Launch it to at least three people and ask specific questions about what confused them or what they needed most. Use their actual responses, not your imagined objections, to guide your next iteration. Track how this real feedback differs from what you thought mattered.
