Apple's $250 Million Siri Settlement Is Open. Here Is How To Claim Up To $95 Per iPhone Before December 21.

Apple Siri settlement claim

If you bought an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 and have not yet filed your claim in Apple's $250 million settlement, the clock is ticking — you have until December 21, 2026 to get your money.

The lawsuit alleged that Apple aggressively marketed its iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 lineup on the promise of Apple Intelligence and an upgraded Siri experience, but that many of the headline AI features were not actually available when the phones shipped. Apple denied wrongdoing but agreed to settle for $250 million.

Here is how the payout works.

The base payment is $25 per eligible device. If fewer people file claims, your payment could increase — up to a maximum of $95 per device. If a very large number of claims come in, the per-device amount could fall below $25. You will not know the exact amount until after the December 21 deadline passes and the administrator finishes validating claims.

Here is exactly how to file in under five minutes.

Visit SmartphoneAISettlement.com — type it directly into your browser rather than clicking a link. Select File A Claim. Enter your contact information and your iPhone's serial number. Your serial number is found in Settings, then General, then About. Choose your payment method — check, PayPal, Venmo, or ACH direct deposit. Each eligible device requires its own separate claim, so if you bought two qualifying iPhones, file twice. You do not need a claim ID or PIN to file. Anyone who purchased an eligible device during the class period can submit directly.

Watch out for fake claim sites.

Scam sites charging a fee to process your claim have appeared alongside the real one. The actual settlement site is free and will never ask for your banking login or a processing payment. The final approval hearing is scheduled for February 24, 2027, and payments will go out after that.

The deadline is December 21, 2026. Filing takes five minutes and costs nothing.
